House of Sause, a premium and innovative streetwear brand from Tamil Nadu, has unveiled its state-of-the-art 3D website in Singapore. This platform combines the physical and digital worlds, offering customers a distinctive ‘phygital’ shopping experience.
In only 18 months, House of Sause has launched eight unique designs and sold over 3,000 pieces across six countries, including Italy, France, the UK, Amsterdam, Singapore, and Canada. The collection starts at Rs. 2,999 in India and US $ 79 internationally, with upcoming expansions planned for Dubai and Australia.
House of Sause has teamed up with Chennai-based tech startup Imersive.IO to integrate advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and 3D commerce, creating an immersive shopping experience. The brand’s website features interactive 3D environments where customers can explore the latest collections. The collection has already garnered attention from celebrities like MS Dhoni, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Anirudh Ravichander, and Shruti Haasan, who have been seen wearing the designs.
The debut collection includes stylish oversized tees, deconstructed hoodies, and exclusive collaborative merchandise. A notable feature is the inclusion of QR codes on the garments, which, when scanned, activate an Instagram filter that interacts with the clothing’s design. For instance, scanning a T-shirt’s design might trigger a dragon to appear, breathing fire and enhancing the ‘phygital’ experience. This innovation not only adds a fun element but also transforms each piece into a limited-edition collectible, according to Ashok.
Roshan Raju, CEO of Imersive.IO, highlights that House of Sause is redefining the shopping experience by moving beyond traditional 2D websites. Their 3D website allows customers to enter a virtual world where a dragon guards the latest collaboration drop, accessible on various devices, including phones, desktops, and VR headsets. Additionally, the website features augmented reality that enables customers to view products in their own space in real-time, all from the comfort of their home.
