French brand Salomon has launched its first-ever UK-based flagship store in London’s Covent Garden’s St Martin’s Courtyard. The store will offer its customers a range of premium footwear, apparel and running-hiking gear. It will also introduce its ‘Sportstyle’ sneakers in the London markets with this launch.
The sports lifestyle store plans to expand its presence in the UK markets with another store in the pipeline for London’s Soho on 14th November. The Soho store is set to be the first ‘Sportstyle’ store of the brand. The store will be showcasing the brand’s footwear range, including the popular XT-6 model and the latest designer collaborations, as per reports.
Salomon’s VP Global Retail, Pascal Clausse, said that the brand is ‘thrilled’ to launch its first store in the United Kingdom. The Yard and Soho store openings in the UK are aimed at progressing with the brand’s expansion plants, followed by their retail grand launch of the Champs-Elysées in Paris and in the SoHo district in New York.
