Ethnic wear brand Ramraj Cotton has announced Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan as its new brand ambassador. Bachchan will feature in the brand’s upcoming television commercials, digital campaigns and promotional materials.
The partnership reflects Ramraj Cotton’s goal to strengthen its presence in the traditional wear segment. Commenting on the collaboration, K R Nagarajan, Founder Chairman of Ramraj Cotton, expressed excitement, stating, that the company is delighted to welcome Abhishek Bachchan to the Ramwaj family. He said that Bachchan is an ideal choice for the brand due to his authenticity and pan-India appeal.
Bachchan also shared his enthusiasm for the association, stating that he felt it an honour to join hands with Ramraj Cottn, which has a strong legacy in Indian wear. The collaboration, in his opinion, aims to have modern everyday fashion see Indian tradition as an integral part.
Ramraj Cotton is widely recognised for its collection of ethnic wear, including dhotis, shirts and kurtas, blending tradition with contemporary appeal.
