Berghaus, an outdoor retailer, has presented a new idea for its recently opened Gloucester Quays site. With its opening, the company opens its second independent location in the UK and introduces a unique approach to retail.
The “blending of inspiration from the natural environment with functionality” is how the new concept is defined. This is demonstrated by the usage of hardwood furniture that contrasts with metal accents and by a landscape design that is influenced by rural areas.
The 2,117 square foot location holds a variety of Berghaus staples, including insulated apparel, boots, waterproof coats, and a variety of daypacks. Adam Gill, head of sales for UK and Ireland at Berghaus, emphasised the company’s dedication to being accessible for people of all backgrounds in a statement released by Peel & Retail, the owner of the retail park.
Gill said, “We have lots that will appeal to visitors, including our latest ranges of products and a brand-new store concept that marks the beginning of Berghaus’ new retail strategy.”
