The Jharkhand Readymade Garments Association (JRGA) has unveiled a plan to support the state’s apparel sector. The JRGA initiative, which was started in partnership with the Indian Garments Federation (IGF), would bring together important players from the garments industry, such as retailers, designers, manufacturers, and fashion specialists.
Abhitabh Shrivastava, general secretary of the JRGA, stated, “We want to encourage cooperation and development in Jharkhand’s apparel sector. We will establish a platform that strengthens ties with domestic and foreign markets, encourages innovation, and empowers regional manufacturers.”
The programme is well-positioned to promote expansion and creativity in the ready-made garments industry, which gains from a trained labour force and changing market prospects.
