
The three-day Uniform Manufacturing Fair (UMF) in Bengaluru will be hosted by the Solapur Garment Manufacturing Association (SGMA), the representative organisation of traders.
The event will be held from 18th to 20th December and the event will be inaugurated by Maharashtra Governor C P Radhakrishnan.
Located in Shringar Palace Grounds, Jayamahal, Bengaluru, the event will witness an associative fair between suppliers, distributers and manufacturers of the uniform industry.
The showcase will have the latest range of products, elaborate on emerging market trends and evolutions, and foster connections with potential clients.
With over 120 prominent brands and tens of thousands of designs and fabrics, the annual event has become a massive playground for sourcing opportunities in the uniform and garment industry.
By empowering stakeholders from diverse segments like school uniforms, hospital attire, and sportswear, the event aims to drive business growth and innovation in the apparel industry.
Sunil Mengji, Fair-Chairman, SGMA opined that the global uniform market which was valued at US $ 6.2 million in 2020 has been projected to grow to around US $ 25 billion by 2030.
